Sita borrowed Rs 170000 from Radha at the rate of 21% per annum. At the end of 1 year 6 months:

1. How much simple interest will she has to pay?
2. How much annual compound interest will she has to pay? 
3.  Find the ratio of simple interest and annual compound interest. 
4. Which interest do you suggest Radha to lend the money? Give reason.
