When a light ray passes from water to air, the angle of incidence and angle of refraction formed at the water-air separation layer are 40.5^o and 60^o respectively. Draw a ray diagram showing the refraction and write the reason why an object outside appears to be farther away from its actual position when it is viewed by an observer inside the water.
